Ouija - Chapter 4
I was trembling as I got up, stuffed the rules and board back inside the box and threw it into my wardrobe, propping my trusty chair against the closet door should anything nasty try to get out.
Then I returned to bed, turned off my lamp and kept the covers pulled up over my head as I tried to sleep.
That night my dreams were plagued with ornate numbers and letters. It seemed I was standing on an enormous Ouija board; either that or I was now tiny.

I felt my heart skip a beat as I drew back the front of the box.
I almost fell off the bed, surprised as a slip of black paper fluttered from the inside. I rammed the lid back down over the board before I could set eyes on it and snatched the paper between my fingers.
The text was written in white ink, some of which was spilt in blotches across the page. I could even make out a tiny diagram of a pentagram drawn in the top left corner.

"What the hell was that?" I snapped, hand flying to my cheek. I rubbed it gently until the pang of cold disappeared.
Genti merely smiled wistfully, eyes moving but not seeing. The silver irises were fixed on a point to my left.
"Thank you..." She mumbled, voice filled with emotion.
"Right, you know what? I don't want your stupid board thing." I said, hoisting my bag higher onto my shoulder and making for the door.
"No. Take it." I found the old woman blocking my way, thrusting the box into my arms.
